You will be required to sign my standard rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. This agreement will be accessible once you book my cabin. You will need to look under "Info for guests" then "House Rules" for the link to the agreement. Dogs are $35.00, per night, per dog. Airbnb only lets me set the amount per total nights reserved and this amount is different for everyone so I have to post my dog policy here as it is a fixed amount on the other part of Airbnb's site. This location has private land owners on both sides so I ask you to respect their privacy during your stay and keep all animals on a leash and out of the water. Its $35.00 per person, per night, additional for any amount of people over 4 people. Dogs not allowed in the river as we can't get wet dog smell out of furniture. Please keep noise levels respectful.
